Job description;


Your focus will be on unburdening the team and management so they can focus fully on our clients and business development. You are expected to be the first go-to for both team and management when it concerns day-to-day activities which are not project-related. You will be expected to support on a vast array of tasks and responsibilities, including supporting management on HR and IT tasks. 

Are you comfortable in a support role and do you know when to be reactive and when to be proactive as well as knowing what’s important and what’s urgent?


What would we want you to bring to the table;


  • You have experience as an Office Manager or related role.
  • You will ensure that company standards are maintained and that the team feels comfortable and challenged at the same time.
  • You enjoy maintaining office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems and company procurement, as well as organizing team events, off-site events, and celebrations.
  • You like providing general support to clients, management, and the team, both online and during visits.
  • You know when to partner with management on HR-related issues and office policies when necessary.
  • You don’t get stressed if the heat is on and urgent challenges need to be solved.
  • You possess excellent time management skills and multi-tasking is in your nature.
  • You know your way around the supporting domains- IT, Payroll, landlord, and cleaning services, amongst others.
  • You are assertive, hands-on, and proactive.
  • You know precisely when to show your empathetic side and be strict and clear.
  • You have strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities will include;


  • Supporting management team both operationally and commercially.
  • Ensure an environment of clarity is created and maintained within the company guidelines.
  • Ordering and procurement of all daily company necessities from lunch to stationary, as well as IT equipment and everything that’s in between.
  • Organizing team events, trainings, meetings, off-sites, and travel for the management.
  • Scheduling annual calendar with marketing and management team.
  • Preparing presentations and reports for the management team.
  • Company shopping for anything between Christmas presents to birthday presents for the team or any other company-related shopping.
